Represents a ADT_A28_INSURANCE group structure (a Group object). A Group is an ordered collection of message segments that can repeat together or be optionally in/excluded together. This Group contains the following elements:

• 1: IN1 (INSURANCE)
• 2: IN2 (INSURANCE ADDITIONAL INFO) optional
• 3: IN3 (INSURANCE ADDITIONAL INFO-CERTIFICATION) optional
