This class helps to describe location of problems found by validators. Typical usage:

no context of an error:
```
ValidationContext.empty()
```

a single element:
```
ValidationContext.of("key")
```

a nested hierarchy:

ValidationContext.of("Plan P").with("Stage 1").with("Job A").with("name")
