Lists the metric namespaces for the resource.

Parameters:

resourceUri - The identifier of the resource.

startTime - The ISO 8601 conform Date start time from which to query for metric namespaces.

Returns:

represents collection of metric namespaces.

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - thrown if parameters fail the validation.

com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.

RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
