      Checks resource name validity A resource name is valid if it is not a reserved word, does not contains a reserved word and does not start with a reserved word.
      Parameters:
      resourceNameDefinition - Resource object with values for resource name and resource type.
      Returns:
      resource Name valid if not a reserved word, does not contain a reserved word and does not start with a reserved word along with Response on successful completion of Mono.
      Throws:
      IllegalArgumentException - thrown if parameters fail the validation.
      com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.
      RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
