Restart python process for the current notebook session.
Restart python process for the current notebook session. This is useful for some of the whl, PyPI libraries which requires a restart to reload the virtualenv. This could also be used to override some databricks pre-installed library with your own version. This could only be called in a python notebook or with %python.
