EventDispatcher	EventDispatcher's are associated with a session, so that the session can use it to dispatch incoming events to the appropriate handlers.
EventHandler
JetlangDisposable	If the Event dispatcher uses Jetlang internally then it would require to dispose of Jetlang ChannelSubscriptions using the dispose method during cleanup.
NetworkEvent	This interface is specifically used for events that will get transmitted to remote machine/vm.
SessionEventHandler	This interface is implemented by event handlers which are listening on messages published to a Session.
