CannotConvert

A failure representing the inability to convert a given value to a desired type.

value: the value that was requested to be converted
toType: the target type that the value was requested to be converted to
because: the reason why the conversion was not possible
location: an optional location of the ConfigValue that raised the failure
path: the path to the value that couldn't be converted
