Associates a creative with the specified campaign. This method creates a default ad with dimensions matching the creative in the campaign if such a default ad does not exist already. Create a request for the method "campaignCreativeAssociations.insert". This request holds the parameters needed by the dfareporting server. After setting any optional parameters, call the AbstractGoogleClientRequest.execute() method to invoke the remote operation.

profileId - User profile ID associated with this request.

campaignId - Campaign ID in this association.
