Scaling strategies to be used for printing a scene.

Enum Constant Summary

NO_SCALING
Print the Scene exactly as it would be if not scaled at all.

SCALE_CURRENT_ZOOM
Scale the printed scene to exactly the same scale level as the supplied scene.

SCALE_PERCENT
Scale the printed scene by a supplied percent.

SCALE_TO_FIT
Scale the printed scene to fit on a single page

SCALE_TO_FIT_X
Determine the scale percentage necessay to fit on the horizontal page.

SCALE_TO_FIT_Y
Determine the scale percentage necessay to fit on the vertical page.

SCALE_CURRENT_ZOOM

public static final ScenePrinter.ScaleStrategy SCALE_CURRENT_ZOOM

Scale the printed scene to exactly the same scale level as the supplied scene.

SCALE_PERCENT

public static final ScenePrinter.ScaleStrategy SCALE_PERCENT

Scale the printed scene by a supplied percent. This will scale the X and Y dimensions equally.

SCALE_TO_FIT

Scale the printed scene to fit on a single page

SCALE_TO_FIT_X

Determine the scale percentage necessay to fit on the horizontal page. The vertical is scaled equally but no garuntees are made on the page fit.

SCALE_TO_FIT_Y

Determine the scale percentage necessay to fit on the vertical page. The horizontal is scaled equally but no garuntees are made on the page fit.

NO_SCALING

Print the Scene exactly as it would be if not scaled at all. Note that this is different from SCALE_CURRENT_ZOOM where the page is printed as shown visually, including the zoom.

Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:

for (ScenePrinter.ScaleStrategy c : ScenePrinter.ScaleStrategy.values())

Returns:

an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared

valueOf

public static ScenePrinter.ScaleStrategy valueOf(String name)

Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)

Parameters:

name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.

Returns:

the enum constant with the specified name

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name

NullPointerException - if the argument is null
