If set to 'ACTIVE', the Cloud Router will initiate the BFD session for this BGP peer. If set to 'PASSIVE', the Cloud Router will wait for the peer router to initiate the BFD session for this BGP peer. If set to 'DISABLED', BFD is disabled for this BGP peer.
