This class contains the init method for the AS4Server. Registering alle Processors that are currently used SOAPHeaderElementProcessorExtractEbms3Messaging and SOAPHeaderElementProcessorWSS4J. Also a MetaAS4Manager instance gets provided for the server to use. The duplicate cleanup job will also be started.
