Avoid using the deprecated elements in the IFilterConfig interface

This rule flags the use of the deprecated elements in the interface com.ibm.websphere.servlet.filter.IFilterConfig. The following elements were deprecated in WebSphere Version 8.0:

Deprecated fields:

• FILTER_ERROR
• FILTER_FORWARD
• FILTER_INCLUDE
• FILTER_REQUEST

Deprecated methods:

• void setDispatchMode(int[] dispatchMode)
