This service enables you to create, read, update, and delete sourcing projects and their sub-entities. This includes, for example, items, incoterms, or notes. At the header level, you can change the sourcing project’s phase, create or import a sourcing supplier list, create or update legal transactions, copy or revise a sourcing project, or submit a sourcing project for or withdraw it from approval. At the item level, you can set items to settled or not settled, confirm the demand for an item or set the demand to unconfirmed, or link items to one another. With regard to the item demand distribution, you can confirm demand lines or set them to unconfirmed. With regard to suppliers in published supplier lists, you can decline participation on behalf of suppliers or lock or unlock suppliers. The condition validity, condition amount, condition scale, and allowed supplier contacts are read-only. If there are any issues during the execution of the actions, the system displays error messages in the response. .
