Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single InspectionOperation entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the executeRequest method on the fluent helper object.

entityCollection - Entity Collection to be used to fetch a single InspectionOperation

servicePath - Service path to be used to fetch a single InspectionOperation

inspPlanOperationInternalID - Current Node Number from Order Counter

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 8

inspectionLot - Inspection Lot Number
