Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single SkillTag entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the executeRequest method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

entityCollection - Entity Collection to be used to fetch a single SkillTag

personExternalId - Indicates an unique identifier assigned to workforce person.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 60

servicePath - Service path to be used to fetch a single SkillTag
