TargetDetails wraps drop target related information about DragAndDropEvent.
When a TargetDetails object is used in DropHandler it is often preferable to cast the TargetDetails to an implementation provided by DropTarget like TreeTargetDetails. They often provide a better typed, drop target specific API.
