allocateInstance

public static <T> T allocateInstance(Class<T> clazz)

Returns new Class instance. Uses sun.misc.Unsafe whenever it is possible to avoid using Class constructor. If unable to access sun.misc.Unsafe - Class will be instantiated through other means.
