bootstrapMonitoringService

public void bootstrapMonitoringService()

Bootstraps the monitoring service. Creates a thread pool for the ScheduledExecutorService. Schedules the AMXBoot class to execute if AMX is enabled. Schedules the MonitoringFormatter to execute at a specified fixed rate if enabled in the configuration.
