ArtifactIdStrategy<T>	A ArtifactIdStrategy is used by the Kafka serializer/deserializer to determine the artifact id under which the message schemas should be registered in the registry.
GlobalIdStrategy<T>	A GlobalIdStrategy is used by the Kafka serializer/deserializer to find global id for given schema in the registry.
IdHandler	Handle artifact id in the msg bytes.
