class DeltaPartitionFieldExtractor[SplitT <: DeltaSourceSplit] extends PartitionFieldExtractor[SplitT]
An implementation of Flink's PartitionFieldExtractor interface for Delta Lake tables.
This implementation extracts partition values from DeltaSourceSplit#getPartitionValues().
The value is converted to proper LogicalType provided via column type array in Delta
Source definition.
