Field GapFillFlag Scenario base
SYNOPSIS:
When set to "Y" Indicates that the SequenceReset(35=4) message is replacing session layer or application messages which will not be resent thus filling gaps in the sequence number. When set to "N" indicates that the sequence number is being reset to a new value. Any messages with MsgSeqNum(34) less than NewSeqNo(36) will not be resent.
