Several optimizations on ChunkedWriteHandler:

• lazily allocate queue
• write doesn't push in the queue unless the queue in not empty or the message is a ChunkedInput
• save extra chunks cast
• simplified logging
• simplified boolean logic
• Gatling doesn't use ChannelProgressivePromise
