public class Http2ServerInitializer
extends io.netty.channel.ChannelInitializer<io.netty.channel.socket.SocketChannel>

Sets up the Netty pipeline for the example server. Depending on the endpoint config, sets up the pipeline for NPN or cleartext HTTP upgrade to HTTP/2.
