An IO op that can be submitted to an IoRegistration via IoRegistration.submit(IoOps). // * These submitted IoOps will result in IoEvents on the related IoHandle. Concrete IoRegistration implementations support different concrete IoOps implementations and will so also "produce" concrete IoEvents.
