Decorate the pool with the capacity to gracefully shutdown, via GracefulShutdownInstrumentedPool.disposeGracefully(Duration).

Type Parameters:

T - the type of resources in the pool

Parameters:

pool - the original pool

Returns:

the decorated pool which can now gracefully shutdown via additional methods
