Exports metrics about JVM classloading.

Example usage:

 
   new ClassLoadingExports().register();
 
 

Example metrics being exported:

   jvm_classes_loaded{} 1000
   jvm_classes_loaded_total{} 2000
   jvm_classes_unloaded_total{} 500
