This rule removes SortNode being a source of LimitNode with ties. LimitNode with ties performs sorting, so the SortNode is redundant.

      tiesResolvingScheme: (x)
      - SortNode: order by (y)
           - source
 

into:

 - LimitNode
  *      count: n
  *      tiesResolvingScheme: (x)
  *      - source
