Class	Description
io.grpc.CallCredentials2	the new interface has been promoted into CallCredentials. Implementations should switch back to "extends CallCredentials".
io.grpc.NameResolver.Helper	use NameResolver.Args instead.

Methods

Method	Description
io.grpc.Attributes.Key.of(String)	use Attributes.Key.create(java.lang.String) instead. This method will be removed in the future.
io.grpc.Attributes.keys()	This method is being considered for removal, if you feel this method is needed please reach out on this Github issue: grpc-java/issues/1764.
io.grpc.Attributes.newBuilder(Attributes)	Use Attributes.toBuilder() on the Attributes instance instead. This method will be removed in the future.
io.grpc.CallOptions.Key.of(String, T)	Use CallOptions.Key.create(java.lang.String) or CallOptions.Key.createWithDefault(java.lang.String, T) instead. This method will be removed.
io.grpc.ClientStreamTracer.Factory.newClientStreamTracer(CallOptions, Metadata)	use ClientStreamTracer.Factory.newClientStreamTracer(io.grpc.ClientStreamTracer.StreamInfo, io.grpc.Metadata) instead.
io.grpc.Context.CancellableContext.isCurrent()	This method violates some GRPC class encapsulation and should not be used. If you must know whether a Context is the current context, check whether it is the same object returned by Context.current().
io.grpc.Context.Storage.attach(Context)	This is an old API that is no longer used.
io.grpc.ForwardingChannelBuilder.blockingExecutor(Executor)
io.grpc.LoadBalancer.handleResolvedAddressGroups(List<EquivalentAddressGroup>, Attributes)	override instead
io.grpc.LoadBalancer.handleSubchannelState(LoadBalancer.Subchannel, ConnectivityStateInfo)	This method will be removed. Stop overriding it. Instead, pass LoadBalancer.SubchannelStateListener to LoadBalancer.Subchannel.start(io.grpc.LoadBalancer.SubchannelStateListener) to receive Subchannel state updates
io.grpc.LoadBalancer.Helper.createSubchannel(EquivalentAddressGroup, Attributes)	Use LoadBalancer.Helper.createSubchannel(io.grpc.LoadBalancer.CreateSubchannelArgs) instead. Note the new API must be called from the Synchronization Context.
io.grpc.LoadBalancer.Helper.getNameResolverFactory()	this method will be deleted in a future release. If you think it shouldn't be deleted, please file an issue on github.
