Class	Description
AsyncDeliverTasks	This class does the actual work of the asynchronous event dispatch.
DefaultThreadPool	A thread pool that allows to execute tasks using pooled threads in order to ease the thread creation overhead.
Rendezvous	This is a simplified version of the CyclicBarrier implementation.
SyncDeliverTasks	This class does the actual work of the synchronous event delivery.
SyncThread	This thread class is used for sending the events synchronously.
