public class KnoxClientRetryHandler
extends org.apache.http.impl.client.DefaultHttpRequestRetryHandler

This is the same as StandardHttpRequestRetryHandler, but ConnectException is not marked as non-retriable, so connection timeouts and connection refused are also retried
