object FileSourceConstantMetadataAttribute

The internal representation of the FileSourceConstantMetadataAttribute, it sets metadata_col and file_source_constant_metadata_col to true in AttributeReference's metadata. This type is used to represent metadata that is constant for a whole file, like file name. Values are usually appended to the output and not generated per row.

- apply() will create a file source metadata attribute reference - unapply() will check if an attribute reference is the file source metadata attribute reference
