Wrapper for a type converter provided by a user, so it can be used by the internal TypeConverter mechanism. Note that we also retain the member and datastore types here since when interrogating the methods of this wrapper by reflection the return types don't show up as the X and Y types but instead Object. TODO Is it possible with Java generics to pass the types from a field through to the wrapper type?
