Creates a trie from its binary form. Same as CodePointTrie.fromBinary(Type, ValueWidth, ByteBuffer) with CodePointTrie.Type.SMALL and CodePointTrie.ValueWidth.BITS_16.

Parameters:

bytes - a buffer containing the binary data of a CodePointTrie

Returns:

the trie
