OpenShiftClient getOpenShiftClient(ProviderId providerId)

Get the OpenShift Client for the provided ProviderId

Parameters:

providerId - the ProviderId

Returns:

OpenShiftClient for the ProviderId; if it doesn't exist, it creates a new OpenshiftClient
