Utility class to distribute default keyword bundles.

Right now, it only distributes a draft v3 keyword bundle, via the defaultBundle() method.

It also supports syntax checking for the not yet official minProperties and maxProperties keywords (which calculate resp. the minimum and maximum number of members an object instance can have).
