From here you can manage catalogs, see the configured prices, and request an update when supported by the provider.
When you update the catalog, prices, available instances, etc. are updated, the existing quotes need to be refreshed.
Also note there are two kinds of refreshes : cost using the new prices and optimize using the most efficient catalog items.
