                                              MfClientHttpRequestFactory requestFactory)

Create the MfClientHttpRequestFactory to use.

Parameters:

param - extra parameters required to create the updated request factory

requestFactory - the basic request factory. It should be unmodified and just wrapped with a proxy class.
