Creates a new instance for the given resolvedAckMode

Parameters:

resolvedAckMode - the ack mode

Returns:

a new instance

{@link - IllegalStateException} if this factory has been disabled through setEnabled(boolean)

setEnabled

void setEnabled(boolean enabled)

Toggles the enable state of this instance. This is useful for stop/reconnection cases in which we want to keep messages from being dispatched to the flow.
