Construct SpdySessionException.

Parameters:

goAwayStatus -

SpdySessionException

public SpdySessionException(int streamId,

Construct SpdySessionException. If rstReason parameter is less than zero - the SPDY implementation has to send RstStreamFrame with the specified streamId and rstReason before sending GoAwayFrame.
