org.mule.tooling.client.bootstrap.api.ToolingRuntimeClientBootstrap.getMuleVersion() same Bootstrap instance can be used with different versions of Mule Runtime, therefore this value will not be considered from Tooling Runtime Client 4.2.0 version and so on.
