addLibrary

boolean addLibrary(L library)
            throws IOException

Adds a new library.

Parameters:

library - the library to be added

Returns:

true when the WritableLibraryProvider supports given library

Throws:

IOException - in case of IO error

removeLibrary

boolean removeLibrary(L library)
               throws IOException

Removes a library.

Parameters:

library - the library to be removed

Returns:

true when the WritableLibraryProvider owned the library and the library was successfully removed

Throws:

IOException - in case of IO error

updateLibrary

boolean updateLibrary(L oldLibrary,
                      L newLibrary)
               throws IOException

Updates a library.

Parameters:

oldLibrary - the library to be updated

newLibrary - the updated library prototype

Returns:

true when the WritableLibraryProvider owned the library and the library was successfully updated

Throws:

IOException - in case of IO error
