Construct a Bulleted List Block with no parameters.

Parameters:

childrenBlocks - the blocks making the list

BulletedListBlock

Construct a Bulleted List Block with parameters.

Parameters:

childrenBlocks - the blocks making the list

parameters - see AbstractBlock.getParameter(String) for more details on parameters
