This unsafe supplier can be used to execute a code block that needs to return some value and can throw some checked Exceptions, that you would like not to process, because they are unrecoverable bugs. To be used with EidPreconditions.tryToExecute(UnsafeSupplier, Eid) or EidPreconditions.tryToExecute(UnsafeSupplier, String) methods
