This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the AgentConfigurationStatus.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via AgentConfigurationStatus.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #agentsConfigurationStatus(List).
