This is a convenience that creates an instance of the VpcConfiguration.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via VpcConfiguration.builder(). When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to vpcConfiguration(VpcConfiguration).
