This is a convenience that creates an instance of the ProvisionedThroughputOverride.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ProvisionedThroughputOverride.builder(). When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to provisionedThroughputOverride(ProvisionedThroughputOverride) .
