Currently, the resource types that support tagging on creation are: capacity-reservation | client-vpn-endpoint | dedicated-host | fleet | fpga-image | instance | key-pair | launch-template | placement-group | snapshot | traffic-mirror-filter | traffic-mirror-session | traffic-mirror-target | transit-gateway | transit-gateway-attachment | transit-gateway-route-table | volume.

To tag a resource after it has been created, see CreateTags.

Parameters:

This is a convenience that creates an instance of the List.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via List#builder(). When the Consumer completes, List.Builder#build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #tags(List).
