This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the FpgaDeviceMemoryInfo.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via FpgaDeviceMemoryInfo.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to memoryInfo(FpgaDeviceMemoryInfo).
