This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the IamInstanceProfileAssociation.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via IamInstanceProfileAssociation.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #iamInstanceProfileAssociations(List).
