The IDs of the public subnets. You must specify subnets from at least two Availability Zones. You can specify only one subnet per Availability Zone. You must specify either subnets or subnet mappings.

This is a convenience that creates an instance of the List.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via List#builder(). When the Consumer completes, List.Builder#build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #subnetMappings(List).
